Here's What We Do Better

ABOUT THE  ADITYA SHADE SYSTEMS

We shape the future of Tensile sturctures on daily basis being manufacturers , suppliers or clients .There is an increasing confidence in the structural capacity and longevity of architectural fabrics as building materials due to construction of diverse membrane structures and development of new fabrics Year by Year we built Amazing and inspiringly beautiful buildings, Tensile Membrane Structures, Roof Structures, Skylight Gazebo, Car Parking Structures,Ferari canopy tents and many more.World class sporting stadiums, Olympic games venues, entire airports and railway stations, huge shopping malls, in locations never before imagined – in deserts or on snow, on rooftops 50 storeys high, in the wet tropics. So it is with such benchmarks we drive the growth and adaptability of Tensile structures to so many areas of daily life. Steel frameworks and quality stainless steel fittings such as turnbuckles and shackles enhance the aesthetics of these structures.

OUR MISSION

Tensile structures are available in various fabric types ranging from high performance teflon-coated fibreglass to more price conscious laminated materials and meshes. With the help of design development, engineering expertise, construction documents, manufacturing and installation we (Aditya Shade Systems) provide a full spectrum of services.Within one company we take the project from idea to completion stage,as we have gathered a team of designers , steel fabricators, painters, engineers, fabricators and project co-ordinators .We assure our clients to acheive there objectives in a Tensile structure whether it be uniqueness, high visibility, enhancing corporate identity, functionality, to allow patrons to sit in comfort or to screen or protect.
Flexibility of design, advanced materials and streamlined processes allow Aditya Shade Systems to offer a complete approach.

About Aditya Shade Systems

A linear sequence in which the initial architectural shape is transmitted to the engineering office in charge of the structural design are followed by the design of traditional rigid structures ; Subsequently in accordance with the structural requirements once the architectural shape has been upgraded , for the realisation of the construction the definitive project is transmitted to the builders. The correlation between the several subjects is generally reduced to the correct information transfer between two consecutive phases.

The design process of tension membranes can be summarised in three main
steps: the form-finding, the static analysis and the patterning, with the possible addition of dynamic analysis if required.

The design development phase of a Tensile membrane structure project usually revolves around a collaborative effort often involving client, architect, engineer, head contractors and fabricator. The first step is to determine the boundaries of the Tensileed structure. Boundaries consistof walls + beams + trees + fences + Columns + Cables heights + substrata services and composition. Question arises what does the structure need to acheive eg. high visibility, weather protection, screening etc.

The fabric is either continuously fixed to walls or beams or attached to columns. Between Connection points where cable or webbing is required for carrying loads over major structural points, fabric forms curved edge or “a catenary curve”. Catenaries are usually curved inward from 7 to 15{52a90a2bdbf0f8901a427cfd5512bbf0bd5a1a84b159a3cd5800e9e07a0b89c0} of the total length of the span. After determination of parameters the next step is of developing design. This could involve either a basic design or computer aided design.

Designing Shades for the home :

Where a design is straightforward in the case of small projects , a sketch can be prepared , with parameters , measurements , fabric selection and cost determined quite expediently. Irrespective of the size of the project there are fabrication , stringent design and installation guidelines to be followed. Usually with smaller structures , the clients looking towards the installer for direction and expertise that compliance , skill and quality training are particularly important. Design factors to consider on domestic work are site access, weather protection needed, council requirements, options and availability of materials, impact of underground services on the location of structure and explanation of the design to the client. As not all Abacus Shade structure projects are complex all projects are engineered , carry warranties , are perrformed by trained personnel and adhere to statutory requirements.
